hi my name is joe and i am going to talk to you about rollercoasters energy. Well almost every roller coaster will start with GPE, because when you are sitting in the rollercoaster you are waiting for it shoot out and start the ride. Especially when the roller coaster is off the ground, but the lower it gets to the ground the less Ke it has. point A has no KE at point B there is a lot of GPE and at point C there is sort of a lot of KE. Also if you look at the roller coaster you pretty much start with no energy. It has no energy.The relationship of KE and GPE is that their is a lot of both. The definition of ke is:KE is kenetic energy it is falling.GPE it has the potential to fall but did not fall yet but when it does fall it turns into KE.
So thats the enrgy in a rollercoaster.
